This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee intricate public sector bids and grant funding proposals from evaluation to submission.
• Manage the complete bid and proposal processes, guaranteeing high-quality, compliant submissions within stringent timelines and governance standards.
• Create engaging, high-scoring bid content and innovative, outcome-oriented solutions.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, external partners, and subject matter experts to develop credible, deliverable, and commercially viable service models.
• Perform competitor analysis and formulate bid strategies to guide decisions and enhance win rates.
• Establish and oversee delivery partnerships that fortify proposals, improve service quality, and provide value.
• Offer leadership and assurance throughout the bid lifecycle, including governance, compliance, and proactive risk management.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement, innovation, and the adoption of technologies that elevate bid quality and team productivity.
• Demonstrated experience in leading successful high-value or complex bids, proposals, or projects.
• Outstanding writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proven history of securing six-figure public sector contracts and/or grant funding.
• Experience in developing service solutions and funding propositions in collaboration with operational teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in facilitating workshops.
• Strong commercial insight and understanding of the business development lifecycle.
• Knowledge in one or more core service areas: education, justice, employability, health, or victim and exploitation services.
• Comfort with utilizing technology, CRM systems, and data to enhance performance and effectiveness.
• An undergraduate degree, project management qualification, or corresponding relevant experience.

• Ability to work full-time, 37 hours per week.
• Fully remote position (UK based) or access to the central London office.
