Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +36 more states.

📋 Description

• Customer Service Representatives address customer inquiries by discovering innovative methods to respond to diverse questions, issues, and concerns.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Manage and respond thoughtfully to all customer inquiries.

• Deliver outstanding customer service through attentive listening.

• Handle confidential customer information with care and sensitivity.

• Strive to resolve issues on the first call by adopting a proactive approach.

• Communicate effectively with customers.

• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any conflicts.

• Escalate interactions when deemed necessary and appropriate.

• Record all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.

• Provide insights on call-related issues.

• Upsell when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• Comfortable using desktop computer systems with a general understanding of Windows-based platforms.

• Experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred.

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
