Bi-lingual Spanish Client Concierge Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide a high-touch, white-glove service experience for members, providers, and clients in a health insurance setting.

• Act as the main point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and digital inquiries from members and providers in both English and Spanish.

• Offer personalized, concierge-level support by comprehending member needs and delivering customized solutions.

• Assist members with understanding benefits, verifying eligibility, and navigating their plans.

• Help members with inquiries related to claims.

• Support provider searches, coordinate appointments, and assist with healthcare navigation.

• Investigate and resolve complex issues pertaining to claims, billing, and coverage.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role managing escalation and 2nd tier inquiries in a healthcare, insurance, or TPA environment, proficient in speaking, writing, and reading both English and Spanish.

• Ability to support multiple channels and adapt to changing workloads.

• Knowledge of call center metrics and quality standards; experience with claims processing, benefits, and eligibility systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support platforms is advantageous.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional keyboard and navigation skills.

• Capable of communicating clearly and professionally with both internal and external customers.

• Strong working knowledge of standard computer applications.

• Must possess attention to detail and the ability to make decisions using available resources and sound judgment.
