BI Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and tailor Power Apps canvas and model-driven applications to align with business needs.

• Create intricate Power BI solutions utilizing various backend tools.

• Design and execute user interfaces, forms, and workflows using Power Apps.

• Integrate Power Apps solutions with other Microsoft tools and services such as SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Power Apps applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and data integrity.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in Power Apps development and the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Offer technical guidance and support to end-users and fellow team members.

• Lead the design and architecture of technical solutions for Business Intelligence reporting.

• Review and endorse technical designs, ensuring compliance with technical quality standards.

• Verify that delivered solutions meet technical quality benchmarks, including code quality, security, performance, and scalability.

• Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure compliance with best development practices.

• Engage in project planning and estimation activities.

• Clearly and concisely communicate technical aspects of the solution to stakeholders and customers.

• Demonstrated experience in developing Power Apps solutions, including both canvas and model-driven applications.

• Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects and serving as a technical lead.

• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, comfortable sharing technical knowledge with a broad audience (both internal and external stakeholders).

• Experience with project estimations and pre-sales offerings.

• Familiarity with data integration and connecting Power Apps to external data sources.
