BI, Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop analyses, dashboards, and data models for Customer Cube.

• Establish best-practice analyses for SaaS products.

• Define pertinent KPIs and analysis standards.

• Prepare analyses and decision-making documents for various departments.

• Evaluate current reporting methods and pinpoint optimization opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or Business Administration with an analytical emphasis.

• Relevant professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical position.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with ETL processes and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or Tableau.

• Ideally, experience in a SaaS company or a digital business model.

• Familiarity with KPIs such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), logo churn, or Average Revenue Per Customer (ARPC).

• An entrepreneurial mindset coupled with strong analytical skills.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented working style.

• Proficient communication skills in both German and English.
