BI Analytics Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create high-performance, scalable, and user-focused Business Intelligence (BI) solutions leveraging the established backend.

• Develop and sustain enterprise-grade Power BI reports, ensuring scalability and user-centric BI solutions built on the defined backend.

• Craft efficient DAX and resilient analytical models capable of processing extensive, detailed fact tables, with a strong emphasis on performance and maintainability.

• Design and enhance the Power BI semantic layer (including star schemas and composite models), utilizing aggregation strategies and query optimization to enhance report responsiveness.

• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) in accordance with backend logic and utilize Collibra Cloud principles (such as data products, business glossary, and certification) to facilitate reliable enterprise reporting.

• Collaborate with IT and business partners to devise solutions for specific challenges, occasionally utilizing existing systems and solutions.

• Foster professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure the successful delivery of proposed solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) or Analytics.

• Strong grasp of performance, usability, and maintainability aspects.

• Comfortable engaging directly with business stakeholders.

• Demonstrate a robust customer orientation for both internal and external stakeholders, coupled with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.

• A keen interest in AI-driven tools and the ability to integrate them into daily operations.

• Fluent in business English; knowledge of German is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with customers.
