This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Process Mapping — Document all operational workflows within finance, administration, student management, and HR. Identify inefficiencies and manual processes suitable for automation.
• Bank Reconciliation Automation — Assess, recommend, and implement AI-driven tools (such as Dext, Xero, QuickBooks Online AI) to fully automate our bank reconciliation process.
• AI Software Evaluation — Investigate and curate a selection of top-tier AI tools across LMS, CRM, ERP, accounting, and operations. Provide a scored comparison along with licensing costs and ROI projections.
• Dashboard & Reporting — Create dynamic management dashboards in Power BI (or equivalent) that encompass enrollment, revenue, attendance, and certification pass rates.
• Automation Implementation — Design and implement workflow automations utilizing platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or Make (Integromat) to minimize manual administrative tasks.
• Data Standards — Set up standards for data collection, storage, naming conventions, and reporting across all departments from the outset.
• Vendor Management — Assess software vendors, negotiate trial licenses, maintain relationships, and present recommendations to management.
• ROI Tracking — Quantify and report the cost and time savings from each automation initiative on a quarterly basis.
• 4 to 6 years of experience preferred; outstanding recent graduates will be considered.
• Power BI or Tableau — advanced proficiency (dashboard design, DAX formulas).
• SQL — ability to write queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — expertise in pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools — Lucidchart, Visio, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI and automation platforms.
• Strong written and verbal English skills — you will be presenting to senior management.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, MIS, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and scripting (NICE TO HAVE).
• Experience with accounting software: QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, or SAP (NICE TO HAVE).
• Understanding of ERP systems (Odoo, Oracle, SAP) (NICE TO HAVE).
• Background in EdTech, training, or education management (NICE TO HAVE).
• Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst) certification (NICE TO HAVE).
• Any Google, Tableau, or analytics certification (NICE TO HAVE).
