This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assists the team in achieving daily production, quality, and safety goals.
• Adheres to safety protocols and job specifications utilized in daily operations.
• Must be capable of receiving and fulfilling work orders through e-mail.
• Participates in scheduled training sessions and safety courses.
• Aids in team efforts by delivering related outcomes as needed.
• Promotes a positive and secure work environment for the entire team.
• Must adhere to state, federal, and company regulations.
• Capable of using a multimeter and other fundamental diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues with hot beverage equipment, referencing service manuals to identify the most cost-effective repairs.
• Completes all assigned tasks and the corresponding documentation.
• Ability to follow internal ticketing and work tracking protocols.
• Communicates professionally with customers at all levels, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Provides equipment training as necessary to ensure high-quality beverage delivery to customers.
• Effectively maintains the service vehicle and inventory according to company standards.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-5 years of experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable as a driver.
• Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town.
• Capability to work independently.
