• Respond to inquiries from beneficiaries, offering reassurance and guidance through the options available to them.
• Handle a steady flow of incoming calls and deliver effective resolutions.
• Convey crucial information while proficiently navigating multiple systems.
• Execute back-office responsibilities, including claims processing, paperwork filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Exhibit empathy, communication skills, and professionalism while assisting individuals during significant life changes.
• Prior experience in customer service and/or call center environments.
• Familiarity with employee benefits or previous work in a benefits call center.
• Preferred background in health and welfare benefits or related support roles.
• Proficient in keyboarding and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to multi-task, stay organized, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain focus in emotionally charged situations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Verification of education and prior employment, with documentation if requested.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state or municipality in accordance with applicable wage regulations.
