This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver consulting services across various client engagements with minimal supervision.
• Comprehend client business needs and offer guidance throughout the design, configuration, and prototyping phases, assisting clients with testing and transitioning to production.
• Support clients during annual events such as Annual Talent/Performance reviews, Merit processes, Open Enrollment, ACA compliance, and more as required.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to ensure they are updated on project status, modifications, and other relevant information.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment of projects.
• Maintain accurate forecasts in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Sales team, acting as a Subject Matter Expert while aiding in sales presentations, demonstrations, and Letters of Engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, Workday enhancements, and best practices, providing expert advice on Workday solutions.
• Establish strong, trust-based relationships with clients through outstanding customer service.
• A minimum of three years of experience as a lead Workday Benefits Consultant within a Workday partner organization.
• Significant experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating Workday Benefits.
• Proven experience in independently leading at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations and two Workday Phase X implementations.
• Demonstrated experience in independently supporting Workday customers during Open Enrollment.
• Proven ability to assist customers independently with Affordable Care Act (ACA) support.
• Workday Partner Certifications along with hands-on experience in Workday Benefits and at least one of the following areas: Advanced Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, PEX.
