This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Set up new groups within all relevant eligibility services technology platforms.
• Manage changes, renewals, and open enrollment processes in eligibility technology systems.
• Carry out daily eligibility operations and maintenance tasks.
• Review eligibility audit reports and update member information as necessary.
• Address inquiries and requests from both internal and external parties.
• Deliver training and technical assistance to clients utilizing Allied’s web-based enrollment platform.
• Execute quality assurance testing.
• Implement quality protocols and audits to maintain data integrity.
• Identify and escalate issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee data transfers and manage data input processes.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in benefits administration, with a strong emphasis on benefits administration technology.
• Proficiency in Word.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Access.
• Basic communication skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work for extended periods while seated and using a computer.
• Access to cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload speeds.
