This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Designs intricate benefit frameworks and renewal strategies while spearheading the creation of solutions for complex client challenges.

• Collaborates closely with account management and/or client service teams on pre-renewal strategies, RFP distribution, SPRs, open enrollment tactics, and post-renewal evaluations.

• Identifies the complete range of services to be delivered to clients.

• Establishes and communicates clear timelines with client service teams, keeping them informed of any changes and updates regarding renewals.

• Maintains responsibility for the revenue and profitability associated with client accounts and projects, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.

• Evaluates the success of projects in relation to scope, budget, timelines, and client satisfaction.

• Manages the onboarding process for new clients by collaborating with client service teams to formulate the implementation plan, assemble the team, and set timelines.

• Ensures that client service teams surpass client expectations.

• Expands the client portfolio through cross-selling initiatives.

• Fosters and nurtures strong relationships with both clients and carriers.

• Develops effective relationships with carriers/vendors to facilitate benefits procurement and administration for clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits consulting.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Must be current and knowledgeable regarding Health Care Reform as well as health and ancillary insurance products.

• Should possess practical knowledge of the quoting process and relevant tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database applications is required.

• A valid life and health insurance license is mandatory.
