Benefits Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the execution and management of benefits programs for the UK & Ireland.

• Assist in the renewal of benefits, harmonization initiatives, governance evaluations, and system enhancements.

• Oversee employee lifecycle benefit processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and life event modifications.

• Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits.

• Collaborate with benefit providers to address issues, manage claims, monitor service levels, and reconcile invoices.

• Generate and evaluate benefits-related data, reports, and trends to inform decision-making and program improvements.

• Ensure the accuracy of benefits information across HRIS, payroll, and administrative systems.

• Assist with annual enrollment efforts, employee communications, and wellness initiatives.

• Lead and manage processes related to sickness absence and death in service.

• Work in conjunction with the broader European Benefits Team and international stakeholders.

• Guarantee compliance, data integrity, strong vendor relationships, and a top-notch employee experience.

• Prior experience in benefits administration within a multinational company.

• Proven track record in analyzing, managing, and enhancing employee benefits programs.

• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, compliance, and vendor management.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a well-organized methodology.

• Advanced technical skills.

• Familiarity with HRIS, benefits administration systems, and reporting tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.

• Ability to work autonomously in a completely remote setting.

• Proficiency in collaborating with international stakeholders.
