This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Assist and address client inquiries while proactively collaborating with clients to ensure their requirements are met promptly.
• Engage in identifying, implementing, and fostering opportunities for process enhancements.
• Responsible for the maintenance and support of benefit processes along with relevant documentation.
• Manage an assigned client portfolio to ensure adherence to key metrics and SLAs while providing consultative and knowledgeable service.
• Ensure timely and effective KPI and business reporting, delivering meaningful insights that offer an analytical perspective to stakeholders.
• Support benefits projects by leveraging analytical skills to enhance benefits offerings in alignment with business goals and financial targets.
• Evaluate and analyze clients' historical needs to identify opportunities for presenting optimal benefit options for their circumstances.
• Collaborate with Benefits consultants, HR teams, and external partners to enhance our benefits management approach.
• Keep current with in-country regulations to ensure compliance and stay informed of legislative changes affecting benefits.
• Regularly update and maintain processes and associated documentation.
• Clearly convey complex information to educate clients’ employees on their benefit options and exclusions.
• Assist with routine and periodic process audits.
• Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and communicate with vendors as necessary.
• 2-5 years of experience in benefits administration.
• Strong understanding of benefits processing.
• Flexibility to support shifts in either APAC or EMEA time zones.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, leadership, and others to foster a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Multi-language proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• A Bachelor's Degree related to support or other relevant qualifications is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and prioritize key activities and deliverables.
