This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the implementation of benefits administration systems on the Employee Navigator platform.
• Configure client sites by gathering requirements, importing data, and setting up system configurations.
• Handle annual renewals and various system updates.
• Manage client expectations, timelines, and communications effectively.
• Coordinate projects among vendors, clients, EPIC account teams, and carriers.
• Oversee problem resolution and investigate system and process-related issues.
• Test and troubleshoot functionality and ensure accuracy of system configurations.
• Support ACA processes, conduct data audits, and fulfill reporting requests.
• Address client inquiries, issues, questions, and requests promptly.
• Provide training to clients and conduct system demonstrations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with HR technology solutions is preferred.
• Required understanding of benefits administration systems, including eligibility groups, benefits plan structures, and carrier feeds.
• Strong preference for experience with Employee Navigator; comparable platforms like Ease, bswift, PlanSource, or Benefitfocus are also acceptable.
• Project management skills necessary for implementing new systems and managing benefits administration vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to leverage data for strategic decisions.
• Capacity to operate and make prompt decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to efficiently navigate complex subject matter.
• Must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the position, which includes sitting, standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, and effective communication.
