This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing and coordinating a substantial volume of service requests (phone, email, portal, chat) from employees and their immediate family members on behalf of our clients.
• Educating and supporting callers in understanding, navigating, and maximizing their healthcare and wellness benefits, as well as the employee incentive programs offered by their employers.
• Assisting employees in comprehending their benefit plan offerings and guiding them through various benefit-related issues.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in insurance and/or benefits customer service.
• Capability to effectively organize and prioritize work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and follow instructions.
• Excellent customer service skills, including proper grammar, tonalities, and clear dictation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and electronic mail applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to individuals from diverse personal, professional, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible 37.5-hour work week in a 24/7/365 call center environment, which may include some 3rd shift, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
