
Bench Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Travel to various hotel brands within our portfolio to fill open management positions.
• Ensure that hotel staff are trained in financial control protocols for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables, and that these protocols are consistently adhered to.
• Conduct daily inspections of rooms to ensure they are maintained according to both brand and Island Hospitality Management's standards.
• Report any damages, shortages, or disturbances to supervisors.
• Ensure that all departments meet or exceed guest service expectations.
• Oversee all departmental purchases, maintaining an awareness of both quality and cost.
• Create team member schedules in alignment with budgetary guidelines and business forecasts.
• Identify key revenue and expense opportunities, as well as potential issues.
• Assist team leaders in achieving and surpassing AOS goals.
• Periodically inspect rooms, building exteriors, parking lots, and other areas.
• Manage human resources responsibilities, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions.
• A highly motivated team player with a strong initiative and a drive for success.
• Proficient in addressing workplace challenges, including the anticipation, prevention, identification, and resolution of issues as they arise.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Readily accessible and approachable for all guests, delivering exceptional guest service.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the work schedule.
• Previous experience in leading Food & Beverage operations.
