Behavioural Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Deliver one-on-one telehealth professional or mental health coaching for clients of Intellect.

• Address sub-clinical issues such as work-related stress, procrastination, work-life balance, etc.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, as well as improving relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by proposing enhancements to the program and the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling/Clinical Psychology.

• Proficient in coaching methodologies and/or evidence-based practices (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• ICF Coaches should have a minimum of 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists must have completed at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation.

• Candidates must be fluent in English and the local language.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in EAP, counselling adults, or coaching in managerial positions.
