Behavioural Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized telehealth professional or mental health coaching to clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on sub-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, as well as improving relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by proposing enhancements to both the program and the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.

• Proficient in coaching methods and/or evidence-based strategies (e.g., Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• ICF Coaches should have a minimum of 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours after graduation.

• The candidate must be fluent in English and the local language.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs, counselling working adults, or coaching in managerial positions.
