This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Collaborate with adolescents and young adults transitioning from Washington State Juvenile Rehabilitation facilities who are participating in the POST Program.
• Implement an Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach with Assertive Continuing Care (A-CRA/ACC)-based intervention.
• Conduct weekly meetings with youth on your caseload.
• Assist youth in developing life skills, refusing substance use, and providing resource referrals.
• Facilitate the youth’s transition into the community.
• Engage in a mix of in-person work with youth in facilities and the community, alongside virtual and phone sessions.
• Require regular travel throughout Eastern Washington (25-50% of the time) and possession of a car.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Four years of experience delivering direct treatment services to children and families (e.g., assessments, therapy, case management); or a Master’s Degree with two years of experience in direct treatment services to children and families.
• Verification of proficiency in a second language through successful completion of a language assessment may be necessary for specific departments.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for certain positions/departments.
