This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead and ensure adherence to processes for the Behavioral Health Engagement teams.
• Take part in interviews and recruitment for Behavioral Health/Medical Allies.
• Manage the onboarding process and ensure a uniform training approach.
• Detect training and process deficiencies, offering ongoing support and training for staff.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and tackle key business challenges.
• Create and track departmental and individual performance metrics, formulating plans to achieve goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to enhance departmental quality.
• Engage in clinical conferences with vendors and payers to optimize employer and health-plan support services.
• Assist Sales and Account Management with clinical training for clients and vendor partners.
• Supervise weekly rounds and ensure the accuracy of content discussed in weekly huddles.
• Conduct call assessments and coaching sessions to maintain a consistent experience for participants.
• Complete bi-annual performance evaluations for Behavioral Health/Medical Allies and Leads.
• Participate in leadership responsibilities and service delivery leadership meetings.
• Comply with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
• Take on additional tasks as needed to promote operational and financial success.
• Must be a Registered Nurse with a BSN or higher, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.
• Hold a clinical license in good standing.
• Experience in a call center and case management is essential.
• Strong phone skills and professional etiquette required.
• Experience in a clinical setting providing direct support to patients and families from diagnosis through treatment.
• Capable of communicating medical information to non-medical audiences effectively.
• Competent in computer and internet navigation skills.
• Familiarity with digital/internet media and a willingness to explore new information technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Committed to providing high-quality, professional customer service.
• Eager and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Must meet Alight's work authorization requirements without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
