Behavioral Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized telehealth professional or mental health coaching to clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on non-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, as well as enhancing their relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by proposing enhancements to the program and platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling/Clinical Psychology.

• Proficient in coaching methodologies and/or evidence-based practices (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• ICF Coaches should have a minimum of 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists are required to have at least 300 clinical hours following graduation.

• The candidate must be fluent in English and the local language.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in EAP, counselling adults, or coaching in managerial positions.
