Behavioral Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Deliver one-on-one telehealth professional or mental health coaching to clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on sub-clinical issues such as work-related stress, procrastination, and maintaining work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, as well as enhancing relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by recommending enhancements to the program and the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active International Coaching Federation Certification or a Master's/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.

• Expertise in coaching methodologies and/or evidence-based practices (e.g., Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• ICF Coaches should have a minimum of 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists must have at least 300 clinical hours following graduation.

• Candidates must be fluent in English and the local language.

• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs, counselling adults, or coaching in managerial positions.
