Behavioral Health Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized telehealth professional or mental health coaching for clients of Intellect.

• Concentrate on sub-clinical issues such as workplace stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance.

• Assist clients in establishing personal or career objectives, as well as improving relationships.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team by providing suggestions for enhancements to both the program and the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses an active International Coaching Federation Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling/Clinical Psychology.

• Proficient in coaching methodologies and/or evidence-based practices (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• ICF Coaches are required to have a minimum of 200 coaching hours.

• Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists should have at least 300 clinical hours post-graduation.

• Candidates must be fluent in English as well as the local language.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in EAP, counselling for working adults, or coaching in managerial roles.
