Behavioral Health Care Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Effectively take over patient handoffs from an Intake Care Manager and continue care without interruption.

• Build a trusting relationship with patients to foster a secure therapeutic atmosphere.

• Provide education to patients regarding medications and emphasize the significance of adhering to prescribed treatments.

• Align the daily schedule with documentation in Mindoula's electronic medical record - MMR.

• Assess, monitor, and document the patient's progress utilizing validated assessments each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or another behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution is required.

• Competency in technology to effectively work from a remote setting.

• Strong capabilities or experience in documentation and data entry.

• Prior work experience with Electronic Medical Records is essential.
