This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Utilize play, games, and evidence-based techniques to assist children in developing communication, social, and life skills within a remote setting.
• Bring enthusiasm and empathy to each session, whether in a child's home, at a center, or within the community.
• Adhere to individualized plans crafted by clinical leaders.
• Celebrate small victories and facilitate significant life milestones.
• Engage in a flexible, dynamic role with diverse daily tasks.
• Complete required training and documentation.
• Frequently alternate between sitting and standing, maintaining pace with the client.
• Assist children with autism and other developmental needs through the application of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Over 6 months of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience with Telehealth/Virtual services is preferred.
• Flexible availability, particularly on Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – as mandated by CA).
• Reliable mode of transportation.
• Comfort in working with a diverse range of populations.
• Willingness to undergo training and complete necessary documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand and keep pace with the client.
