This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Founder to establish and enhance the content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms.

• Take ownership of the monthly content calendar for all channels.

• Generate and propose creative concepts on a weekly basis, staying ahead of trends, sounds, and formats that align with the brand.

• Regularly appear on camera as the brand's representative — utilizing a UGC-style approach that is authentic and does not rely on heavy production.

• Employ AI photography and visual tools to augment and scale content production.

• Oversee the entire production cycle: from concept development to filming, editing, and posting.

• Manage the daily presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook.

• Interact with the community through comments, direct messages, and by building genuine relationships with followers.

• Take ownership of social channel growth as a key performance indicator — you will be responsible for increasing follower count, reach, and engagement.

• Be accountable for social-driven revenue as a key performance indicator — directly generating sales through our social channels.

• Drive sales via TikTok Lives, shoppable content, and platform-native commerce features (such as TikTok Shop and Instagram Shopping).

• Monitor weekly and monthly metrics across all platforms: reach, engagement, follower growth, and revenue attributed to social media.

• Provide the founder with a straightforward performance recap regularly, highlighting key takeaways and recommendations.

• Connect content performance to sales data to understand what strategies are effective and why.

• This role necessitates a regular on-camera presence for content creation, thus confidence and comfort in filming yourself are crucial.

• A strong interest and familiarity with beauty and wellness products are required.

• Ability to authentically align with a female-focused brand.

• Capability to utilize AI for content creation and editing.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

• Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social media platforms.

• Comfort with participating in photoshoots and video production.

• Proficient in organizing and managing content calendars and deliverables.
