This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving team of Business Development Representatives throughout the Americas.
• Establish clear objectives and expectations while promoting an environment where your team can develop, excel, and achieve success.
• Deliver consistent, hands-on coaching to enhance messaging, outreach techniques, and early-stage pipeline development.
• Create and sustain performance frameworks, encompassing activity monitoring, pipeline management, and CRM best practices.
• Collaborate with Enablement to onboard new team members and continually refine training programs.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure strategic alignment and process optimization.
• Evaluate team metrics and performance data to uncover trends, address gaps, and foster continuous improvement.
• Develop a culture rich in feedback and assist your team in advancing into future roles within the revenue organization.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading high-performing BDR or Sales teams.
• Knowledge of the AMER sales market and understanding of buyer behaviors.
• Proven experience in selling SaaS products and managing sales personnel within a SaaS setting.
• Demonstrated success in nurturing early-career talent into proficient sales professionals.
• Experience in managing remote or distributed teams with empathy and effectiveness.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong emphasis on coaching and enablement.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or comparable CRM) with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Capability to align daily operations with overarching revenue strategies and company objectives.
• Excellent communicator capable of building trust across all organizational levels.
• [BONUS] Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, or similar frameworks.
