This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute outbound B2B cold calls to locate potential opportunities and arrange appointments for the sales team.
• Investigate prospective clients and compile pertinent business information.
• Keep CRM records updated with precise prospect and client information.
• Create and oversee lead lists through online research and database management.
• Monitor outreach efforts and appointment-setting performance metrics.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other communication methods.
• Organize and manage spreadsheets, reports, and sales-related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to aid business development initiatives.
• Ensure all interactions with prospects are accurately recorded in CRM systems.
• Assist in lead qualification and pipeline management tasks.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, business development, lead generation, or sales support.
• Proven experience in conducting outbound B2B cold calls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional and neutral English accent.
• Excellent skills in research and information gathering.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and data management.
• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining organized and accurate.
• Experience in mortgage, lending, banking, real estate, appraisal, title, escrow, or related industries is strongly preferred.
• Background in supporting business development or sales teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and capability in building relationships.
• Friendly, energetic, and professional communication style.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting.
• Comfortable managing high-volume outreach activities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
