This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states
β’ Perform behavioral assessments
β’ Create and supervise personalized ABA treatment plans
β’ Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
β’ Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives
β’ Keep precise documentation and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards
β’ Active BCBA certification in good standing
β’ Masterβs degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
β’ Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
β’ Excellent communication and organizational skills
β’ Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options
β’ No minimum or maximum requirements for caseload
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements
β’ LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure
