This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work in conjunction with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise records and guarantee that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a comparable discipline.
β’ Experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote role with adaptable scheduling.
β’ No set minimum or maximum caseload expectations.
β’ Absence of non-compete clauses.
