This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment strategies.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client advancement and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
β’ Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise records and make certain services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
β’ LBA Expansion Program, including support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licenses.
β’ A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to offer continuous support and ensure clinical and professional achievement.
