This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Perform behavioral assessments and create customized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure that services conform to ethical and clinical standards.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferably, experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
• No specified minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to provide continuous support and help ensure both clinical and professional success.
