This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client advancement and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and guarantee that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fully remote position with adaptable scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum caseload obligations.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program with assistance and reimbursement for acquiring additional state licensure.
