BCBA – Free LBA, Build Your Caseload

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs

• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary

• Work collaboratively with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment objectives

• Keep precise records and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical guidelines

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline

• Previous experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
