This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Completely remote position with flexible working hours.
• No minimum or maximum caseload obligations.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licenses.
• Assigned BCBA Success Manager providing continuous support to ensure clinical and professional achievement.
