This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing the programs.
β’ Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise records and guarantee that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Current BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Preference for candidates with experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Fully remote position with adaptable scheduling.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload limits.
β’ No non-compete clauses.
β’ LBA Expansion Program that includes support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
