BCBA Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer clinical supervision for designated clients

• Execute direct communications with parents/caregivers and deliver training for caregivers

• Oversee BTs and RBTs who are assisting assigned clients

• Engage in indirect clinical collaboration with the treatment team

• Analyze clinical data and provide informed recommendations

• Aid in the development and execution of personalized treatment recommendations

• Deliver ethical, evidence-based behavioral services

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 5 clients

• Fulfill necessary client services and related documentation

• Work collaboratively with RBTs, BTs, caregivers, and Beyou’s clinical team

• Relay client progress and treatment suggestions

• Take part in team discussions and case collaborations

• Ensure precise clinical documentation is completed within required deadlines

• Verify that services align with approved treatment plans and relevant regulations

• Remain updated on evidence-based ABA practices

• Support Beyou’s caregiver-led model of behavioral healthcare

• Contribute to knowledge sharing, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related discipline

• Strong comprehension of evidence-based ABA principles

• Capability to provide clinical supervision and training for caregivers

• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

• Ability to independently manage an assigned caseload

• Proficiency in meeting clinical, operational, documentation, and compliance standards

• Comfort in a technology-enabled clinical setting

• Minimum caseload of 5 clients

• Experience in caregiver coaching or parent training is a plus

• Supervisory experience with BTs or RBTs is advantageous

• Experience with culturally diverse populations is beneficial

• Telehealth experience is a plus

• Familiarity with caregiver-mediated intervention models is advantageous
