This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans when necessary.
• Work in conjunction with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and confirm that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a similar discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with adaptable scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum caseload obligations.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to deliver continuous support and facilitate clinical and professional success.
