This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral assessments and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Partner with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and confirm services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program that includes support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager available for ongoing support to ensure clinical and professional achievement.
