This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Managing a caseload of learners by developing, overseeing, and consistently assessing individualized treatment and behavior intervention strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
• Building and sustaining relationships with parent(s)/caregiver(s) for each learner in the caseload and facilitating monthly training sessions for parents/caregivers in the center, home, or community.
• Performing initial and ongoing evaluations for new learners as required and completing the relevant insurance paperwork.
• Collaborating and communicating with other members of the clinical team for effective overall management of the center.
• Master’s Degree that includes behavior analytic coursework.
• A current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Must possess state licensure or be qualified to obtain state licensure.
• Capable of providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
