This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and ensure services conform to ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
• A dedicated BCBA Success Manager to provide continuous support and help ensure both clinical and professional achievement.
