This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and advice to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseload.
• No non-compete agreements.
