This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral assessments and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans when necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for additional state licensure.
