This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct assessments of behavior and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians carrying out programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
• No restrictions on minimum or maximum caseloads.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
