This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform behavioral assessments and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseloads.
• No non-compete agreements in place.
