This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work in partnership with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate treatment objectives.
• Keep precise documentation and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Completely remote position with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseload.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
• LBA Expansion Program offering support and reimbursement for obtaining additional state licensure.
