This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Execute behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians who are implementing programs.
• Track client advancements and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
• Work in conjunction with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and guarantee that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling options.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
