This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work alongside caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and guarantee that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Preference for prior experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Completely remote position with adaptable scheduling.
• No restrictions on minimum or maximum caseloads.
• Absence of non-compete agreements.
