This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.
• Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Keep precise records and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible work hours.
• No minimum or maximum requirements for caseload.
